*MRMC has a territorial agreement in place with Camera Control Inc and therefore MRMC can’t sell or support robots on the west coast (California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada and Idaho) that would be seen to be in competition with CCI. This is covered in their terms and conditions https://www.mrmoco.com/terms-conditions/. So what this means I guess is that I can still sell you the system in those states, but MRMC will not offer support or future software upgrades. Please contact MRMC for more details.
Seller does not offer tech support or instructions on how to operate both hardware and software. It is highly recommended that the buyer has previous knowledge of a system like this. If the buyer is new to the system, it is highly recommended to contact MRMC, or seek an experienced user for training. There is a learning curve to such specialized equipment.
